COVID 19

Hello School District of South Milwaukee Families,

On behalf of our entire staff, I would like to thank you for your patience and understanding of the evolving situation regarding the status of school in the fall.  We miss your children! Our priority is always to provide the best educational resources to you and your children.
We have been working on creating plans for the fall in different committee groups, concentrating in the areas of instruction, safety, technology, and trauma sensitive schools. The initial plan for the fall was presented to the School Board on July 29, with any revisions and a final plan scheduled to be approved at the School Board meeting on August 5. (The written presentation reviewed on July 29 can be accessed here.)
Please be sure to check out the Family Letters and General Resources section below to check for the most up to date information available.
Thank you for your support. We are committed to providing the best environment for our students, taking into mind their physical safety and their emotional health and well-being.
